Chris W. Manning, DDS serving San Luis Obispo California. Our
office is unique in that we offer very personalized services, one
patient at a time. We don't pack the office with rooms full of
patients treated by assistants and hygienist who don't know or care
about you. After your initial visit with Michelle for radiographs,
Dr. Manning will sit down and design a treatment plan, during your
exam, that will fit your desires and budget. Dr. Manning will next
perform any necessary cleaning and restoration work for you or your
child. Nitrous oxide is available but we have found that with Dr.
Manning's gentle manner and touch gas is usually not
necessary.
Working this way, one patient at a
time, creates a relaxed comfortable atmosphere and makes the staff,
doctor and patients happy to be with you.
Dr. Manning graduated from UCLA in
1986 with a BS in Kinesiology and from Northwestern University in
Chicago with a DDS degree in 1993, and has been serving the Central
Coast since then. Dr. Manning has extensive experience in
difficult restorative work, endodontic therapy (root canals),
surgical extractions, and cosmetic work, many times having patients
referred to our office by other dentists for such cases. Dr.
Manning is equally happy to take care of children for simple
cleanings and restorative needs as well as teaching and emphasizing
at home care for both children and adult.
Dr. Manning is a married father of
three, a soccer coach, and a children's karate instructor. His
wife Margerie, is a retired general dentist and family
manager.
